Level 3 - Summons 10 Lucent Beams.

My suggested skill build
lvl 1: Lucent Beam
lvl 2:Moon Glaive (this is because your range is so short so it is better to hit more enemies at once)
lvl 3: Lucent Beam (Got to max lucent fast for eclipse)
lvl 4:Moon Glaive
lvl 5: Lucent Beam
lvl 6: Eclipse
lvl 7: Lucent Beam
lvl 8: Moon Glaive
lvl 9: Moon Glaive
lvl 10: Stats (you noticed I do not add lunar blessing, that's because your base damage now is really pathetic!!)
lvl 11: Eclipse (time for hero-killing)
lvl 12: Stats (this is much better than blessing now as it gives higher hp,mp and damage, it makes you less easily killed)
lvl 13: Stats
lvl 14: Stats
lvl 15: Stats
lvl 16: Eclipse
lvl 17: Lunar Blessing (by lvl 17, your base damage should be around 70-90 i suppose...)
lvl 18: Lunar Blessing
lvl 19: Lunar Blessing
lvl 20: Lunar Blessing
lvl 21-25: Stats

My Suggested Item build( Luna cannot get attack modifying items like Eye of Skadi or Desolater)
When you choose the hero:
1. Ring of Regeneration
2. 2 ironwood branches(This helps alot in early game)
My best items for Luna:
Power threads(remember in dota, every hero must have a boots eg. powertreads or boots of travel)
Aghanim's Scepter
Butterfly
Sange and Yasha
Monkey King Bar
Lothar's Edge( to windwalk behind the enemy when he is alone and eclipse)

Strategies:
During the start of the game, try and get some clarity potions(if not get ironwood branches) and spam your lucent beam. NEVER use the lucent beam at lvl 1. Only start using at lvl 3. In fact, you should not even use it at lvl 3. It requires 110 mp and your base mp is onli 208. What a waste...
By level 5, you should start using your lucent beam on anyone within reach. This is to make them go home and hence not getting any exp. Like this, you are higher lvled than the enemy and naturally have an advantage over him.
